Several weeks after Mark Anthony Construction did a great job completing my roof, I discovered another business I hired to do my interior renovation failed to place a vent through the roof. Mark Anthony came back and re-roofed the area around this new vent at no extra charge. This is a family business that takes pride in giving first rate customer service and providing excellent workmanship.

I highly recommend Mark Anthony Construction and Roofing. They came out twice to tarp our roof to stop preexisting leaks before the job started. Once the job started the crew (Jose, Rufino, Antonio and Wilmer really stand out) was respectful and cleaned up after each work day. Alex the project manager worked with our solar contractor to coordinate scheduling. Mark, the owner came out a few times to check on the crew's work (also checked on the work done by our solar company). Mark also coordinated with other contractors we'll be working with. The job was completed in six days. We love our new roof.

When it came time for a new roof, we did our homework. Mark Anthony Roofing kept coming up as one of, if not the premier companies to work with in North County, and now we now why. The sales experience was low key, and we were provided a number of options/samples. Mark Anthony, owner, came out to walk us thru the job since it was pretty extensive. Once work began there was always a foreman on site, and the workers showed up on time and were respectful of our property and ourselves; especially given that we were working from home throughout. Once the original roof was removed, we uncovered a fair amount of wood damage. They were fair in their assessment of what needed to be done as well as the additional cost to complete. In the end, we have a high quality roof that looks great and we have no doubt will be the last we have to install. The job required coordination between the roofers, solar installers, and a number of other contractors; all of which happened without a hitch. All of that said, perhaps the most impressive part of the experience happened post install. We ran into a minor issue with a vent that resulted in a repair bill for our furnace. We emailed them, and within a week were reimbursed. Throughout the job the entire team operated at the highest level of skill and integrity, which seems to be a rarity these days and was greatly appreciated. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

My Project Manager Ted was knowledgeable and professional. I knew right away I was working with a professional company that wss licensed & insured. He was upfront about the pricing. It happened we needed new skylights & wood replaced. I was provided with pictures & pricing to help me with the decision. In the end I am very satisfied with the job Mark Anthony did and will recommend them to my neighbors.
