He provided us with all the information necessary to make an informed decision. Once we decided on the type of roof we wanted, we set a start date. Mark’s company stays busy so our start date was several months in the future, but we were happily surprised when an earlier start day became available. His crew arrive on the agreed upon date and time, in fact he and his crew were always “on-time”. The work went smoothly and each evening the area around the house was cleared of any debris. They provided their own “porta-potty” and the only thing we provided was use of an electrical outlet. The work was completed on time, and looks great. Mark pays all the suppliers and other than the initial deposit we paid nothing until the job was done to our satisfaction.
Mark Anthony is not inexpensive, but he is fairly priced, and delivers an excellent product. My building inspector friend happened by when construction was underway and remarked, “Wow, state of the art materials”! We haven’t had any rain yet, but our new asphalt roof was advertised to keep the attic and therefore the house cooler. Well, it’s a 101 outside today, we kept our doors and dual-paned windows closed, but have not turned on the AC, and inside it is 78 degrees!
